Send us your artwork and ad copy so one of our designers can create an ad proof for your final approval.
Contact Ed Bear, Director of Team Partnerships, for an application for your school. He will be able to email or mail you a copy. Fill it out and send it back. Our team will evaluate whether your organization is a good fit for our sponsorship program. You should know within a week if your program has been accepted. We are looking for dedicated schools with a tradition of excellence who are looking to take their program to the next level.
You can contact Dave Kilfoil, Sales Manager. Assuming the program is not already filled up with sponsors and has not gone to print, someone in our sales department will be able to accommodate you. If you miss the deadline for a certain program, chances are we will produce another program for that school in the future. At your request, you will be placed on a priority list to be contacted with the next sponsorship opportunity.
Your account number is located at the top of your purchase order (under the Gameday Media contact information). It is also referred to as a PO Number or an Invoice Number.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 503-214-4424 if you have any questions regarding your account. They will be happy to help you with your questions or direct you to the best suitable department to handle any issues you may have.
Just contact our office at 503-214-4424 and a representative will be happy to fill you in on the details associated with renewing your contract.

Ad copy usually consists of your company logo, the name of your business, address, website, phone number, a tagline or description of the business's specialty, etc. Simply put, it's whatever you would like your sponsorship layout to communicate.
